Project Management is responsible for delivering products to the corporate, Portfolio and/or Program environment so that on these levels products can help achieve benefits.

The organization structure has two imaginary round tables.

At the Project Management table the participants discuss what is to be created in regards to products to be delivered to the next higher level and benefits that are expected by the next higher level.

At the Product Development table the participants translate what is to be created into how to create it.

The round form of the tables suggests that all that sit at the table have their own specialties but work together as a group of equals.

Each round table should consist of an optimized mix of thinkers, doers, and individuals who are people orientated.
