  • Designing your team on paper
  • Interviewing potential team members
  • Do a dry-run using a simulation game
  • Assign your team and start executing the project
  • Check whether your team is working efficiently and effectively
  • Take corrective actions where necessary
  • Continually try to improve the quality of your people (training) and your team (interpersonal skills)
